Here we are on day 4 of my monster month! I had set out to do a basic zombie and it sort of evolved into more of a zombie/Gollum miss-mash.
This is turning out be be an interesting experiment. I’m really going into these illustrations with no real plan. Or, as in this case, with a plan that I end up changing as I draw. It’s been a freeing daily experience that has helped to loosen me up for my regular work. I’m curious how the monsters on the later days will look as compared to these early ones.
