Today brings two more moleskine sketches. I have been finding that the more interesting sketches have included a fair amount (or a lot) of texture. Whether that be via line work, wrinkles in the skin or whatever. So, for this first sketch, I took a look at some references of hairless cats as my inspiration. But as you can see, it went in a whole different direction.
Okay, this one was a departure from what I just mentioned. This one was just an exploration in dark with a cartoony shapeless mass of black ooze.
