Thought I would try something a little different for this post – watercolors!
I haven’t worked in watercolors for months – and it shows. But I wanted to give it a try with my ink work. I didn’t have a plan going in on these. I just wanted to see what happened when I put brush and pen to paper.
This first watercolor/ink sketch turned out a bit psychedelic…
And the second one turned out a bit better and seems to fit in more with how the style of this sketchbook has been heading.
I have four more watercolor based sketches to show tomorrow. Then Friday will be some pen and ink without markers. Then another break over the weekend. Next week…that’s a bit up in the air as I am working on other projects. I’ll keep you posted.
